Pretty much a walking stress ball that has style
Reuben HubbardReuben Hubbard or “Mr. President”, is going out his senior year with a bang, Hubbard sprung for the title last spring and through hard work and dedication, he earned it his place as the head of our student council. Reuben is active in many clubs at BHS, you can catch him at the athletic events snapping photos for yearbook, playing in the band or at a speech and debate meet. Hubbard’s favorite part of student council is that he can express all of this thoughts and ideas and watch them come to life. He enjoys the fact that he can make an impact on the school. |
Cole HiderCole Hider is a man of many words and many talents. Hider is involved in BHS speech and debate as well as soccer. He is most excited about student council because he is provided with the means necessary to get his points across as far as how the student body should operate. If his dreams for Bigfork High School are as big as his hair, then get ready for a great year Vikes and Vals!

Jordan ClevariaMeet Jordan Clevaria, this year’s student body treasurer. Clevaria is a senior this year, and he is looking forward to serving our student body this year. Clevaria also participates in cross country, speech and debate and is a valuable asset to Mr. Jessop’s room. Ever the businessman (you can ask him for his card later), his favorite aspect of being involved in student council is the “power” that comes from it. The power to change his education environment for the better and to improve not only his high school experience but to improve ours as well.

Michael BedfordAs number 47 on the field, a black belt in taekwondo and your student body secretary, Michael Bedford is excited to work hard and make Bigfork High an even better school! Bedford’s favorite part of student council is “the influence you have in decisions made in and about the school”. After high school, he plans on pursuing a career in the medical field, most likely as a pathologist. His other hobbies include playing the piano, violin and trombone. Well rounded and well driven, Michael is a wonderful addition to this year’s officer line-up. |
Riley HovelandSenior Riley Hoveland, an active member in speech and debate, an editor of the Norse Code newspaper and most importantly half of your 2017-2018 school year’s vice presidents. Hoveland, as this is her second year participating in student council, says her favorite things about it is that it embodies many of the rules and qualities of the work she would like to devote to her life to. Hoveland wishes to attend Harvard or another school of that caliber and major in political science. Her goal is to one day be working in the whitehouse, but for now making Bigfork High an even better school is at the top of her to do list.
